Incomplete medical info

I only downloaded this app without any problem at all, very straightforward as long as you accept everything on hand. Nonetheless, was disappointed when I check my medical information as only the medication I had in the past and current including allergies are showing. I had 1 surgery and handful of tests prior to that such equally blood exam, xrays, scans etc, but was never shown. Maybe it's not of import for them , that's why information technology was never shown on my medical record. Too, I was expecting that it could aid fabricated booking online with my GP easier , but yet, I have to call my GP to book appt every bit no booking bachelor in this apps.
Not useful in my stance, information technology only testify the things yous already know. I mean , you already know your details, your nhs number, your medication (if y'all have ane) ... whats the point! What nosotros need here is to brand booking engagement accessible, and to have our detailed /consummate medical tape. Is information technology too much to ask?

Disappointed: Incomplete and therefore of little value

I've had conversations with NHS digital stretching back nearly 3 years. Apple, for example, were using HL7 of FHIR and if the NHS did then we could have everything (and I hateful everything) on the Wellness App. Every bit they do in the United states of america and elsewhere. Simply yet again they set about developing their own app. Merely like test, runway and trace tried with some weird but unachievable ambition to collect our data and hold it centrally! All this app does is display, in an fifty-fifty less useful format, some of those records held by my GP. Other records, scans, letters, hospital details and reports aren't available. A previous reviewer raised similar shortcomings but the answer merely brushed him off. Fifty-fifty Patient Access allows a graphical brandish of exam results (if you're lucky and they've take been given identical titles). GPs accept lilliputian time and less interest in my health than I do and so I, along with many others, would like ALL our records in the same format and attainable by me. It is later all my data! Please cease re-inventing the wheel and directly your energies to ensuring ALL medical records are FHIR compliant for single source Smartphone access. Now wouldn't that be really good in an emergency as we all have our phones on united states even if we're injured/unable to speak/immobile etc..

By default, you can view your summary intendance tape (SCR) in the NHS App. It shows data about allergies and agin reactions, medicines, and your NHS number, proper noun, address and date of birth.

Your GP decides whether to requite y'all access to more detailed information in your record. To request full admission to your detailed coded record, please contact your GP surgery.

If your GP surgery accept given yous access, merely y'all still cannot see the data in your record in the NHS App, please contact u.s. and we'll investigate farther.

Very good app- still in development

I fail to meet why people are criticising this app. Easy to set. Information technology is clearly a work in progress and volition be added to as we go along. Just being able to book an appointment takes and so much pressure off the surgeries. Yes, reasons are limited at the moment but I'm sure as time goes on it will be populated more. Just think just a short while ago we had nil like this and it's very clear to run into people (as they always do in the nhs) are working hard to make it piece of work and I'm confident information technology will. Just think for all the neurotics, y'all tin can expect upwardly any ailment without existence bombarded after with google adds, a large plus. The point about more medical information is quite correct, I should remember the surgery (gp) volition need your permission to fully release what they are allowed to then thats something y'all personally need to bargain with. I'm well impressed with it and information technology volition go better. I'm sure in time all infirmary correspondence (date/reminders) etc volition be geared through this app. Just give it time.
